THE PAC POLICIES
Spring Registration
Session Dates: Feb 1st - June 19th
Current PAC Members ONLY

Spring registration is OPEN for Members ONLY through December 30th.

Regsitration is open tot the public beginning January 2nd. ​

Secure your spot by registering for the same day or time OR change your day or time.

If you recieved a level-up letter in the mail, congratulations! Check our schedule for higher level classes.

Registration is secured with full payment only and cannot be held via verbal relayance in order to ensure fairness to all members. First come, first serve.

Payment can be made via card (incurs a 3.5% fee), cash, or check made payable to "Progressive Gymnastics"

Current members make a payment for tuition only, 18 classes

Recreational Gymnastics & Ninja Warrior: $625​

Tae Kwon Do: $495 (Beginner) and $515 (Advanced)

Dance: a full year program that runs through mid June.

Current PAC members looking to join a dance program for the remainder classes, starting February 1st would amount to $450​

Current Members are exempt from the insurance fee and the uniform

Those fees were paid in the Fall session, uniforms are available for purchase as needed.​

Trial Basics

All are welcome to trial a class in any of our programs.

Fill one out below before you arrive or sign in at the front desk.​

Note: After your trial if you would like to register, your trial class is counted as your first class.

If you find the class is not a good fit, then the trial is risk free.

To be prepared for the trial, your child must:
-
Be scheduled through the main office (no walk-ins)
-
Wear comfortable clothes and socks (we do not allow bare feet or shoes in the gym)

Bring a water bottle

All new students and returning students must submit a waiver once per fiscal year.

Each Guardian is required to sign a medical release form for their child and themselves
RULES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

All classes are to be paid in full at the time of registration

There is a $25 discount for siblings for the Fall, Spring & Summer semesters
-
For the child that takes 2 or more classes per week, there is a $25 second class discount for the Fall, Spring & Summer semesters.

There are NO REFUNDS AFTER 2ND WEEK OF EACH SEMESTER, TUITION CREDIT ONLY.

There are NO REFUNDS for MISSED CLASSES. (see “Make-up” Policy below).

There will be a $35.00 charge for any check returned to us from the bank.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, debit cards, cash, or checks.
-
A fee of 3% is added to each credit/debit card transactions.
-
Cash and Checks are not subject to this fee.- All checks are written to "Progressive Gymnastics." Checks can be sent via mail.

Insurance fee of $45 is due for any new member at the time of registration and for returning members. The fee is renewed typically in September.
-
We are the secondary insurance carrier. Coverage, in case of injury for a child or adult in our facility, includes the balance of what your primary does not cover.​

If a student withdraws because of emergency circumstances (medical), a tuition credit is allowed for the remaining semester. Request for any refund must be made in writing.
-
If a student, parent, or caretaker is dismissed because of improper conduct or unsafe behavior, all semester fees are automatically forfeited.
-
The club reserves the right to cancel, combine, or re-schedule classes, due to lack of registration.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
Make- up Class Basics​
-
If a student is absent due to any reason, the missed class can be made up by attending any regularly scheduled class of the same age and same skill level.

The make-up class MUST be scheduled though the office (no walk-ins)
-
Make-ups must be completed during the registered session and may not be credited to succeeding sessions.
-
Make-ups can be transferred to the next semester only if the student has re-enrolled for the next consecutive semester. Otherwise, the absences are forfeited by the student.

Make-up scheduling is the responsibility of the individual student and guardian.
-
No monetary reimbursements are applicable for classes not made up.

Cancellations Due to Inclement Weather:
​
The PAC will try to reschedule make-up days for inclement weather. If this is not possible due to the coinciding of semester dates then it is the responsibility of the student and guardian to reschedule the make-up. We offer classes 7 days a week. Please call or email us to schedule.
PRORATING
​Fall and Spring Sessions

The PAC prorates the class tuition at week 5 of the semester

Any trials done at week 4 or before are subject to paying for all 18 classes
-
You are entitled to those classes missed. Schedule your make-ups through the office

Summer Session
-
We do not prorate in the summer session, You have the duration of the summer session to complete those classes. Make-ups do not carry into the Fall session.
REFUNDS
Our Policy
-
NO REFUNDS AFTER 2ND CLASS TAKEN AFTER REGISTERING. TUITION CREDIT ONLY.

Eligible Refunds will exclude the classes already taken, insurance and uniforms, these services are non-refundable.

In the case of medical emergencies, a doctor's note must be provided to the main office and a tuition credit is an option.

There are NO REFUNDS for MISSED CLASSES. (see “Make-up” Policy above).

There are no refunds in circumstances related to pandemics, natural disasters or nuclear explosions. Tuition credit only.
PRIVATE LESSONS
Private lessons are availble to help your athlete excel in strength, technique, focus, skill and confidence. One on One training is a great suppliment to PAC classes where you child gets the power of repetition and engagement with multiple apparatuses in a group setting as well as individual attention for specific skills and goal oriented practice with one on one's.

Private lessons are offered with the PAC gymnastics and ninja warrior programs

If you would like to inquire about private lessons please contact the main office at 516-775-5545. They will take your information and match you with an eligible coach in which you will coordinate the day and time together.

Lessons can only occur before or after recreational classes.

Private session rates are based on each individual coach.
